Please read these terms carefully before using 77ck. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by all conditions set out below.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the 77ck platform located at 77ck.ws. They constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the player) and 77ck. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. 77ck reserves the right to update these terms at any time; continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

  • Accessing the 77ck website or any of its associated pages or services constitutes unconditional acceptance of these terms.
  • Continued use of the platform after any modification to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
  • These terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings between you and 77ck relating to your use of the platform.
  • If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

Access to and use of the 77ck platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility requirements. 77ck reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility from any user at any time, and to suspend or terminate access for users who cannot demonstrate compliance.

You must be at least 21 years of age to register, play, or place any wager on the 77ck platform. This requirement is strictly enforced. Providing false date-of-birth information to bypass this restriction is a serious breach of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

  • You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active.
  • You must be a natural person and may not register on behalf of a legal entity, corporation, or trust.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or direct family member of an employee of 77ck or any of its affiliated entities.
  • You must register only one account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
  • You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed through 77ck or any other platform to which 77ck has reciprocal exclusion arrangements.

To access the full features of the 77ck platform, you must create a single personal account by providing accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and for updating it promptly should any details change.

77ck conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification as part of its account management and withdrawal processing procedures. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal request can be processed. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe requested will result in the withdrawal being placed on hold.

  • You must provide a valid Bangladeshi mobile number that you own and control. This number will be used for account verification, password resets, and security notifications.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. 77ck will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your username and password.
  • Any activity that occurs on your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 77ck immediately by emailing [email protected].
  • Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or otherwise assign your account or any rights associated with it to any third party.

77ck supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 77ck does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times are set out in the table below.

  • All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits made from accounts registered to third parties are prohibited and will be returned less any applicable processing fees.
  • Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to available withdrawal methods. This policy is in place to prevent money laundering and fraud.
  • 77ck reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation prior to processing any withdrawal, regardless of whether KYC has been completed previously. This is a standard anti-money-laundering precaution.
  • Withdrawal requests placed during weekends or Bangladeshi public holidays may be subject to additional processing time beyond the standard timelines shown above.

77ck offers various promotional bonuses to new and existing players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements and conditions described in the specific promotion terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered.

General bonus terms that apply to all 77ck promotions unless a specific promotion states otherwise are as follows. These terms exist to protect the integrity of the bonus system and to ensure that promotional offers are used in good faith by genuine players.

  • Bonuses are credited to your account in bonus funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be converted to withdrawable cash. The standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount unless stated otherwise.
  • Bonuses have an expiry period from the date of issue. Any bonus funds and associated winnings that have not met the wagering requirement before expiry will be removed from your account without notice.
  • Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. Attempts to claim multiple welcome bonuses through duplicate accounts will be treated as a breach of these terms.
  • 77ck reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Promotions cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated in the specific promotion terms.
  • Bets placed on certain game types or at certain stake levels may contribute at a reduced rate toward the wagering requirement. The contribution rates for each game category are published on the relevant promotion page.

77ck reserves the right to withhold or void bonus winnings if there is evidence that a player has exploited a bonus offer in bad faith, used automated betting strategies, or engaged in bonus abuse as defined in Section 6 of these terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 77ck platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of account balance, and where appropriate, referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

  • Registering more than one account on the platform, whether in your own name or under a false identity, is strictly prohibited.
  • Using any software, bot, script, or automated system to place bets, manipulate game outcomes, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is prohibited.
  • Using the platform to launder money, process the proceeds of crime, or engage in any activity that violates applicable anti-money-laundering laws is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
  • Collusion with other players to manipulate the outcome of any game, betting market, or promotion is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud.
  • Attempting to exploit technical errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform for financial gain is prohibited. Any winnings derived from exploiting a technical error are void and will be removed from your account.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other point during your use of the platform is prohibited and may constitute a criminal offence.

77ck employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is detected, 77ck may freeze the relevant account, void all pending and settled bets placed during the period of prohibited conduct, withhold withdrawals pending investigation, and permanently close the account. 77ck's determination in such matters is final.

77ck is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its platform. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be viewed as a source of income or as a means of recovering financial losses. 77ck provides a suite of tools to help players manage their gaming activity and maintain control over their spending.

  • Deposit limits: players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on their account. Once set, deposit limits can be reduced immediately but may not be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
  • Session reminders: players may configure time alerts that remind them how long they have been playing in a single session.
  • Cooling-off period: players may request a cooling-off period of between 1 and 30 days during which their account will be temporarily suspended and no deposits or bets will be accepted.
  • Self-exclusion: players may request permanent self-exclusion from the platform. A self-exclusion request is irreversible and will result in the permanent closure of the account. Any remaining balance will be returned to the player's verified payment method after the exclusion is processed.

All content available on the 77ck platform, including but not limited to the 77ck brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of 77ck or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right, title, or licence to use any 77ck intellectual property for any purpose other than your personal, non-commercial use of the platform as a registered player.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, perform, modify, create derivative works from, or in any way exploit any of the content on the 77ck platform without the prior written consent of 77ck. Unauthorised use of 77ck's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77ck, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

77ck makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis.

  • 77ck is not liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, network failures, or regulatory changes.
  • In no event shall 77ck's total liability to you for all claims arising under these terms exceed the total amount deposited by you into your account in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
  • Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages. In such jurisdictions, 77ck's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

77ck collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms by reference. By using the platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request a copy of your personal data, or request its deletion, by contacting [email protected].

77ck uses SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the platform's servers. Personal data is never sold to third parties. Data may be shared with regulated third-party service providers strictly for the purposes of payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and regulatory compliance.

77ck reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances.

  • Where there is reasonable suspicion that a player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to registering multiple accounts, engaging in bonus abuse, or attempting to defraud the platform.
  • Where a player fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe, or where the documents submitted are found to be fraudulent or inadequate.
  • Where a player is found to be under the age of 21, or where the account was registered using false identity information.
  • Where 77ck is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory guidance, or a valid order from a court or government authority.

Upon termination of an account for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining in the account will be returned to the player's verified payment method within 5 business days. Where termination is due to a breach of these terms, 77ck reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending investigation.

77ck reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 77ck will notify registered players by email or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform. The updated terms will take effect immediately upon publication unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the platform following publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with general principles of international commercial law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms that cannot be resolved through 77ck's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to binding arbitration. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a competent court.
